Refund Policy

Welcome to the fine print — aka the “Don’t Email Us 6 Days Later With a Half-Eaten Cake Pop” policy. At Dipped in Delusion, we’re a small-batch, handcrafted chaos factory — not Amazon Prime. So here's what you need to know about refunds.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, edible, and perishable nature of our cake pops, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders once they are confirmed — including:

  • Signature pop packs

  • Custom orders

  • Add-ons, upgrades, or glitter (edible or emotional)

  • No-shows for pickups or deliveries

Once it’s been baked, dipped, boxed, and labeled with love… it’s yours, babe.

Custom Orders & Errors

That said — if we screw something up (wrong flavor, missing pops, design mix-up), we’ll take full responsibility and make it right. You must contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A short description of what went wrong

We will either remake the item or provide store credit at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds unless legally required.

What Doesn’t Count as Refund-Worthy

We love you. But we will not offer refunds for:

  • You didn’t like the flavor you chose

  • You changed your mind after checkout

  • You ghosted your pickup time

  • Your package got heat damaged because you left it in your car

  • You forgot to mention an allergy after ordering

  • You realized you don’t even like cake pops (seriously, who are you?)

Cancellation Policy

Because we prep and bake based on your order, we cannot cancel orders once they’re placed. If you reach out within 1 hour of ordering and we haven’t started mixing, we might be able to cancel. But no promises. Timing is everything, and butter doesn't un-melt.
